Transportation:
Crewmembers must provide their own transportation to or from Portland, OR. Financial considerations for this expense should be carefully examined.

Wages:
Most Officer positions will receive a competitive salary. Other positions on the vessel generally receive a daily wage, often supplemented by individual gratuities. On your vacation, you are off the vessel and must cover all your personal living and transportation costs. Direct deposit is recommended for paychecks.

Appearance:
Your appearance must be professional as a matter of respect to our clients. Crew members must dress appropriately while in view of passengers, and maintain a neat and well groomed appearance. Tattoos and body art must be covered while on duty.

Benefits:
Employees will be covered for any injuries or illnesses contracted on board. Coverage does not extend to pre-existing conditions or preventative treatment. You are only covered when you are working in the service of the vessel—not during your paid or unpaid time off the vessel.
